Options

Bottle 5

Bottle diameter where it passes through the shelf. 28 = standard 28/410 pump neck. Use the BODY diameter if the bottle stands on the base ledge.

Clearance added to the seat diameter (total, not per side)

Widest diameter of the bottle BELOW the seat - sets how far forward the seat has to stand

Air gap between the bottle body and the front face of the wall plate

Chamfer on the top edge of the seat

Seat pocket - shoulder clearance 2

Offset of the pocket from the EDGE of the bore. 0 = no pocket.

Depth of the cut, measured on the bore axis

Base ledge - optional 5

Distance from the TOP face of the shelf down to the TOP face of the ledge, i.e. bottle height from its base to where it seats. Measure the bottle.

Length of the ledge from the wall (0 = auto, just past the seat axis)

Ledge thickness at the wall

Ledge thickness at the tip

Bracket 7

Shelf thickness at the wall - the thick end of the wedge

Shelf thickness at the tip - the thin end. The V angle follows from the two.

Thickness of the wall plate. Must be thicker than the countersink.

Material each side of the seat - this sets the overall width

Material in front of the seat

Force a minimum overall width. 0 = off.

Height of the plate above the shelf (0 = auto, from the screw layout)

Diagonal brace 3

Triangular web across the top corner, on the BED SIDE ONLY - it prints flat on the bed, adds first-layer footprint, and clears the bottle because it sits outboard of the pump closure. false = off.

Its thickness, measured in from the bed face

Where its foot lands on the shelf (0 = auto, the seat axis)

Wall screws 5

Clearance hole diameter (M4 -> 4.5, M5 -> 5.5)

Countersunk head diameter (DIN 965: M4 -> 8.5, M5 -> 10.0). Measure yours.

Included angle of the head (DIN 965 / DIN 7991 = 90, wood screws often 82)

Vertical spacing when several screws sit above the shelf

Bores 3

Largest overhang, in degrees from vertical. 60 is the uh_* default. · Allowed: 45 – 60

Width of the flat at the top and bottom of every bore (0 = auto)

Diametral allowance for the undersizing of horizontal bores

Wall shell 5

Hair-thin cavity down the middle of the section. It is thinner than one extrusion, so it prints as nothing; what it does is force the slicer to lay perimeters either side of it, so the part comes out solid-walled even if somebody slices it at low infill.

Its thickness. PrusaSlicer closes cracks narrower than twice its slice gap closing radius (0.049 by default), so anything under about 0.098 is filled before perimeters are generated and the shell does nothing at all. 0.1 clears that; ums_hook warns below 0.12 and UMS_SHELL_GAP is 0.15, both for margin.

Number of parallel cavities through the thickness

Held back from each free end of a run, and from each screw

Held back from each side face

Finish and printing 5

Radius of the VERTICAL edges, i.e. every convex corner of the profile

Radius of every inside corner

Chamfer on the two side faces - the bed face and the top face

print = lying on its side ready to slice, use = as mounted on the wall
